Customers must confirm they are 18+ at checkout. Delivery is only made to a recipient aged 18+ who provides acceptable photo identification. There are no unattended deliveries. Delivery will be refused where age cannot be verified or where the recipient appears under 18. All refusals are recorded in the Incident Register.

Delivery is refused where the recipient appears intoxicated. Staff review orders for unusually large or repeated quantities and may pause or cancel suspicious orders. Responsible consumption guidance is provided to customers. This policy reduces alcohol-related harm and supports the principles of Responsible Service of Alcohol.
All marketing and advertising avoids content that targets minors or promotes excessive or rapid consumption. Alcohol is not linked to success, attractiveness or social status. All posts include the message: "Old Town Spirits promotes the responsible service of alcohol."
Signature and ID are required for delivery. No delivery will occur where intoxication is suspected. Customers are encouraged to plan safe transport and consumption arrangements.
An Incident Register is maintained and reviewed monthly by the Approved Manager. Refusals, complaints, delivery incidents and concerns about intoxication or secondary supply are recorded. Staff receive RSA refreshers and escalation guidance. We cooperate with Liquor & Gaming NSW and NSW Police as required.
There is zero tolerance for abusive, aggressive or threatening behavior towards staff or the community. Service may be refused, and incidents recorded, to protect health and safety.
Personal information is collected only as necessary for ordering and delivery. Payment information is handled securely by third-party processors. Data is protected and handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
