Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most locations across Australia.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our delivery network in the future.

Age Verification

Old Town Spirits sells alcoholic beverages and complies with all Australian liquor laws.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• The recipient is also at least 18 years old.

Deliveries require an adult signature upon delivery. The courier may request valid photo identification before handing over the order.

Orders cannot be left unattended if an adult is not available to receive them.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Parcel weight

Any applicable shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

• Public holidays
• Incorrect delivery addresses
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned due to:

• Failure to collect
• Refused delivery

additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos of the damaged package or products
• A brief description of the issue

We will work with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us.

We will investigate with the courier and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Delivery Restrictions

Due to Australian liquor laws:

• Deliveries cannot be made to persons under 18 years of age.
• Alcohol will not be delivered where prohibited by law.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where legal requirements cannot be met.
